Financial Support for Electric and Intelligent Vehicle SMEs (West Midlands)
The Electric and Intelligent Vehicles grant scheme is part funded via the European Regional Development Fund and is managed by Coventry University Enterprises (CUE) Limited.
CUE focuses on innovation, design, high performance automotive engineering, health, environment and ICT as areas of expertise.
The Electric and Intelligent Vehicles grant programme supports small to medium-sized enterprises in the West Midlands access expertise relating to intelligent vehicle and electric vehicle technologies.
Grants are intended to:
- Assist SMEs in diversification to new and emerging markets.
- Build their knowledge, expertise and capability.
- Attract major new business to the West Midlands region.
Grants of between £8,000 and £20,000 are available, intended to cover up to 40% of total SME project spend.
